At Olcure, we are committed to delivering a transparent and reliable experience
for patients using our telemedicine and medical travel services. This policy explains
how cancellations and refunds are handled across our platform.
General Policy
By booking with Olcure, you accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
✓ All refund requests must be submitted via email or support ticket.
✓ Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment source.

Teleconsultation Services
Cancellation by Patient
✓Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
✓ Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the appointment are eligible for 100% refund.
No-Show
✓ If the patient does not join the teleconsultation at the scheduled time, the fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
✓ One free rescheduling is allowed if requested more than 2 hours before the appointment
Treatment Coordination
Non-Refundable Services
Due to resource allocation, the following fees are non-refundable
✓ Coordination fees
✓ Medical opinion fees
✓ Visa assistance support
✓ Documentation & logistics planning
✓ Hospital alignment or scheduling fees
Hospital/Doctor Cancellations
If a partner hospital or doctor cancels
✓ A new appointment will be offered, or
✓ A full refund of the appointment fee will be provided.
Patient Cancels After Coordination Begins
Once coordination has started, all payments are non-refundable.
Payment Gateway Charges
Bank charges, conversion fees, or gateway fees may not be refundable depending on partner rules.
Duplicate Payments
Duplicate transactions will be detected and refunded within 7–10 working days.
Policy Updates
Olcure may modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
